Policy

Nanny Consults prides itself on excellence in all services offered and has developed a highly regarded reputation within the private childcare industry. We make every effort to ensure each and every client is satisfied prior to completing our service. Our services are created in such a way that there are multiple opportunities to request changes and/or submit concerns to ensure you are happy with your purchase. Each service relies on time spent researching, creating and personalizing utilizing knowledge gained from years of industry experience. As such, the price set for each service and/or download reflects not only the product, but the time and experience needed to create it. 

Unless otherwise agreed upon in a signed and dated legal document between a client and Nanny Consults, all sales are final. This includes PDF Downloads, personalized services, in-person services, virtual services and any other service Nanny Consults offers now or in the future. If you have a question or concern regarding any service or item offered for sale, please contact nannyconsults@gmail.com prior to completing payment.

 

Once payment has been completed, no refunds, credits or substitutions will be offered and no returns will be accepted. This includes unused services as noted below, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by Nanny Consults:

  • Personalized service purchases expire after 6 months if they have not been used

  • If you are purchasing an in-person/virtual service for future use, the service must be scheduled within 60 days of purchase.

  • If you reschedule an in-person/virtual service, you must reschedule within 30 days of original scheduled appointment or forfeit the service.

  • If you a purchasing a service as a gift, the gift certificate expires after 6 months if it has not been used.
